What does the color refer to? The dip, not the berry. Brown is a chocolate dip, Light Pink and Light Orange are lighter coatings, and White is the odd one out because its berry is pink rather than red, which makes it the softest of the four.

Is it flat or three dimensional? Three dimensional. At 9.58mm thick against a 9.58mm width the berry is round in section, moulded and enameled all the way round with the gold seeds raised off the surface, so it never shows a flat back.
