• 18K Gold Plated (This Product): Real 18K gold applied over durable brass. Proper care (avoiding water, perfume, and harsh chemicals) preserves the bright finish long term.
• Gold Filled (Alternative): Features a thicker layer of gold mechanically bonded to base metal (at least 5% total weight) for heavy, daily wear.

Why does it have two rings? The second ring sits on the back rather than the bottom, so these small gold charms can be worn two ways.
