We ship to all 50 US states, Washington, D.C., Guam, and Puerto Rico. Free shipping over $35 applies to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.; Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico ship for a flat $15.99. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We ship all our orders with USPS Ground Advantage (United States Postal Service).

For damaged packages, please include photos of the damaged packaging and the product, which we need to file a claim with USPS.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If the item you received is correct and in good condition, you're responsible for the return shipping cost. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we'll cover your return shipping — just contact us first.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please follow the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, a restocking fee of 5% will be applied to all returned products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. For a damaged package, please send photos of both the damaged packaging and the product — we need these to file a claim with USPS. In these cases we will cover your return shipping and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
