How do the five colors differ? The yellow crescent and the sleeping face stay the same on every one — it is the little hat that changes, in Red, Pink, Light Pink, Light Blue or Light Purple, each with an 18K white gold plated brim and a small pom at the tip, so the five line up well together on a single chain.

What is on the face? Two closed eyes and an open mouth picked out in raised white gold plated line work, a small pink dot on the cheek and a light blue sleep bubble. The reverse is plain yellow enamel, so the charm still reads cleanly whichever way it turns on a bracelet.
