FAQ

What can I make with these? Delicate necklaces, stacking bracelets, anklets and earrings, or use them as spacers to add detail between larger beads.

How are these different from smooth heishi? The edge of each disc is cut with tiny facets, so the beads sparkle more than smooth polished heishi of the same size.

Will the beads vary? Very little. Howlite takes dye evenly, so the turquoise blue stays fairly consistent from bead to bead, with only slight differences in depth of color and in the light veining left from the natural stone.

How do they string? The hole runs approximately 1.0mm, which takes beading wire, nylon cord and thin elastic.

What pairs well with them? These beads sit especially well with silver and gold findings, and with white howlite, black onyx or turquoise.

Packaging: Every strand is carefully packed to arrive safely, ready to use right away.
