FAQ

What's the difference between gold filled and gold plated?

• 18K Gold Plated (This Product): Real 18K gold applied over durable brass. Proper care (avoiding water, perfume, and harsh chemicals) preserves the bright finish long term.
• Gold Filled (Alternative): Features a thicker layer of gold mechanically bonded to base metal (at least 5% total weight) for heavy, daily wear.

What projects suit this piece? A 32.46x15.54mm five birds connector links into the middle of a chain necklace or bracelet as a focal section, and its two end loops also let it join two lengths of beaded work without extra findings.

Is this safe for sensitive skin? Yes — lead-free and nickel-free.

How closely do the pieces match? These bird connectors are cast to a fixed mould and enamelled in set colours, so shape, size and finish stay consistent piece to piece.

Care Instructions: Avoid contact with chemicals, perfume, sweat, saltwater and chlorine. Wipe with a soft damp cloth and store in a sealed bag to prevent tarnishing.

Packaging: Every piece is carefully packed to arrive safely, ready to use right away.
